(That's Sean in our booth, lounging in the chair he made - from used cardboard boxes!)
Next Up - Sean will have his first outdoor show at The La Quinta Art Celebration near Palm Springs. It is considered one of the best Art Fairs in the country and we are very excited to have a booth of work on display there in that amazing location.

M.A. is pleased to announce that his glass and charred-wood mosaic, "Urbanoise" took a "Best in Show" prize in the 3-dimensional category in Fusion Art's Cityscape Exhibition!
He is featured on their site for the month of July. Thank you Fusion Art. He has been invited by them to join a group exhibition next spring in Palm Springs. Looking forward to meeting the sponsors and fellow artists there.
We both had an exciting 4 days showcasing our work at The Other Art Fair in ROW DTLA during the last week of June. We found lots of appreciation for our art, made a few sales, and met new contacts and friends - artists, curators, consultants, gallery owners - all in all, a great experience! We also had our art featured at two of the local stores located at the venue. M.A. had two pieces at the very chic clothing store "Shades of Grey by Micah Cohen," and Sean had two pieces at the fabulous modern furnishing store "A+R" - they even featured him on their website!

Let's Move On!
As we assess the lingering impact of COVID-19 and our forced social and economic hiatus and we continue to learn from the unexpected events that shook the world in 2020, “forward” becomes our new essential mantra. Change is never easy, but the challenges often brought by upheaval also bring with them the opportunities to open our eyes to new possibilities and provide us with a unique chance to make things - just maybe - better.
Personally, for the two of us as artists, several of our scheduled shows were postponed and/or cancelled. So 2020 ultimately became a time of productivity in creation at home and a breather that allowed us to explore and expand our horizons.
In the art world, museums, galleries, and artists searched for new ways to reach their audiences and many turned to the use of virtual platforms to continue to share and present art to lovers and collectors. At the end of March (2021), we participated in our first virtual art fair -
The Other Art Fair Los Angeles - Virtual Edition
and we showed at the live event in June.
We are also excited to announce our participation in the La Quinta Art Celebration (near Palm Springs, CA) - one of the most prestigious outdoor art fairs in the country - in November. Stay tuned for more.
2021 is already looking promising!

From February 2020:
We had a great time showing (and selling) our work at the stARTup Los Angeles Art Fair at The Kinney Hotel in Venice Beach, CA. It's a very cool annual show where over 60 artists take over the hotel rooms to display their work.
Thanks to our collectors and all who came out!
